Do we need every module?
No. Core covers invention disclosures, decisions and portfolio management. FTO, Evidence/Timestamping, Products & Exploitation and Cost Management are optional modules.
How is pricing determined?
Core starts at €2,490 per year excluding VAT, with tiers based on the number of patent families and idea records. Selected modules and scope are specified in a commercial proposal.
Can we bring in an existing portfolio?
Yes. KeePI supports structured imports with data checks before integration. We discuss your source data and the scope of migration together.
Does KeePI replace patent attorneys or IP advisers?
KeePI centralises information, assessments and decisions. Your team and your advisers remain responsible for legal analysis, recommendations and decisions.
