StateOfArt is the data controller for personal data processing associated with the keepi.fr corporate website.
Data we process
keepi.fr has no contact form. If you choose to contact us using the email link on the website, we receive the information you voluntarily include in your message, such as your email address, your identity or professional contact details where provided, and the content of your request.
The website does not collect browsing data for advertising, analytics or profiling purposes.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and professional correspondence: StateOfArt's legitimate interest in responding to people who contact it.
- Preparing a potential commercial relationship, quotation or demonstration: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract where your message concerns a service or KeePI.
Personal data is not sold or used to build advertising profiles.
Retention periods
Correspondence with a prospect may be retained for 3 years from the prospect's most recent contact.
If correspondence leads to a contractual relationship, some data may be retained for longer where required to perform the contract or comply with legal, accounting or evidentiary obligations.
Recipients and hosting
Messages are accessible only to authorised StateOfArt personnel who need them in order to handle the request.
In the current configuration, the website and the contact@keepi.fr mailbox are hosted on OVH infrastructure located in France. OVH may act as a technical service provider to the extent required to provide the infrastructure.
Technical logs
StateOfArt currently retains no HTTP access logs for visits to keepi.fr. Technical data such as an IP address may nevertheless be processed transiently by network equipment or the hosting provider in order to route and secure communications.
Your rights
Depending on your situation and the legal basis of the processing, you may in particular request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data and object to certain processing.
To exercise your rights: contact@keepi.fr. Proof of identity may be requested only where necessary to verify the requester's identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Security
StateOfArt applies proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
Changes to this policy
This policy describes the current configuration of the corporate website. It will be updated if keepi.fr later adds a form, analytics tool, third-party service or any other personal-data processing.
